Refining your hierarchy.

Executive · Aria
I've ingested your org chart. It looks like Sarah Kim (Head of Finance) is the primary approver for all vendor payments. Is that correct?
You
Yes, but James (CEO) needs to sign off on anything over $50k.
Executive · Aria
Understood. Updating policy: Sarah (all), James ($50k+). I've also identified 4 recurring SaaS vendors that aren't in your QuickBooks yet. Should I map them?
Yes, map vendorsIgnore for now

One input. Every kind of work.

The same chat onboards, dispatches, and resolves.

One composer for everything you ask the workforce. The background, the chip, and the agent on the other end change — your habit doesn't.

How it works

From a sentence to a finished task — in four moves.

No agent config. No prompt engineering. Describe the work; EvenOps figures out who does it, in what order, with what context, and under what autonomy level.

01

Submit in plain English

Tell the Executive Agent what needs doing. No forms, no routing rules — describe the outcome like you'd tell a new hire.

A plan you approve

The Supervisor assembles context — org policies, memory, SOPs — drafts a step-by-step plan with human checkpoints, and waits for your green light.

Questions

Before you ask.

How is this different from a chatbot or a single agent?

EvenOps is a full hierarchy — an Executive classifies tasks, Supervisors plan and delegate, Workers specialize. They share context through a 5-layer memory system and coordinate on tasks that span multiple domains. You manage a team, not a prompt.

Do I need to configure agents or write prompts?

No. You describe the work in plain English. EvenOps's Executive routes to the right Supervisor, who assembles context from your tools and drafts a plan. You approve or tweak — that's the whole onboarding.

What autonomy levels are supported?

Five levels, per task: L1 suggest, L2 draft-and-approve, L3 execute-with-checkpoints, L4 autonomous-with-audit, L5 full autonomous. You set a default; Supervisors escalate when they encounter ambiguity or cross-domain work.

How does EvenOps know about my company?

Through a 5-layer context system: domain knowledge, org identity & policies, strategic memory (past decisions), procedural memory (SOPs), and semantic memory (entity relationships). It fills in from your docs, tools, and conversations — and compounds over time.

What happens if the agent is wrong?

Every task has human checkpoints you define. You can pause, interrupt mid-execution, patch the plan, or reject entirely. Supervisors surface uncertainty rather than hide it — and every tool call is logged.

Which tools does EvenOps integrate with?

Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Linear, QuickBooks, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Okta, DocuSign, and more via MCP. Bring-your-own-credentials; EvenOps runs tools on your behalf with scoped access.

Is this SOC 2 / enterprise-ready?

SOC 2 Type II in progress. Data is isolated per-org, encrypted at rest, and never used for training. Self-hosted deployment available for enterprise.
